Returns & Exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing that we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer-friendly policies have you covered. We offer free 7-day returns for all customers in the US and Canada.

To be eligible for a return: ​

  • Must be in their original condition, unworn/unused

  • Returned items must include all original packaging, including cards, boxes, pouches, and any spare charms/tools

All below items are non-returnable:

  • ONE-of-a-Kind items: will indicate the tag on the product page

Return Steps:

  • Please reach us at sukooncrystal@gmail.com for assistance within 7 days after receiving your parcel. Include your name, order number and item you'd like to return. We have the right to refuse if items are returned without the notifying email.

  • Ship the item with its original package to the address we provide you in the email.

  • Please note your return will be processed within 3 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the status of your shipment.​​

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement if necessary.

  • Delivery Issues: If you encounter any delivery issues, such as incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
